Depending on your event location and ground type, we recommend either steel ground spikes, weighted base plates, or strap fixings. Let us advise you what works best.
Will my flags fit in my car for transport?
Yes — smaller flags and pole kits are car-boot friendly. Larger festival flags might require a van or collection service.
Can I send you my own colours or shade references?
Absolutely. Send your colour codes, images or swatches — we’ll match your branding as closely as possible.
How do I install flags on difficult surfaces (sand, concrete, snow)?
We provide multiple fixing options: spikes for grass/sand, weights or straps for concrete, and reinforced bases for uneven/snowy ground. We’ll include instructions.

What if there’s too much wind or bad weather?
Flags are tested to withstand average wind speeds (self install vs crew install specs). In extreme weather, we recommend bringing them down and staking safely until the weather improves.
What are return / replacement policies for damaged/flawed flags?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee — if your flag arrives damaged or doesn’t match the agreed design, we’ll repair or replace it. Keep photos handy to send to us.
Do you ship internationally? What are delivery times and costs?
Yes, we ship globally. Delivery times vary by location. For remote or heavy orders, there might be extra shipping or duties: we’ll quote these up front.
